The doors will open up…

Since I was five, I’ve loved Hollywood. I enjoyed watching Donny and Marie, Sonny and Cher…  Since I was ten, I’ve loved the movie 9 to 5 with Dolly Parton.

Finally tying all this together…since I was 16, I wanted to own a restaurant.

Now I’m 43 years old and I’m living my dream. I own Ambition Coffee & Eatery in Schenectady, New York where I feed celebrities such as Bradley Cooper, Ryan Gosling, The Cake Boss, Bethenny Frankel, KD Lang and many more.

I always say, ‘Like attracts like.’ I’ve always loved food, music and Hollywood. Welcome to my Ambition Coffee & Eatery which was named from Dolly Parton’s song, 9 to 5. Because of my business, I have met all three ladies in the movie, Jane, Lily and Dolly!

Pursuing any dream is difficult. You might face challenges, which we all do…but the challenges will dissolve easily. I happened to come to Schenectady after going to many different areas around the Albany area looking for the best location for my restaurant. We just could not find what we were looking for.

After walking the area, the keys fell out of my pocket in front of a building with a “for sale” sign and it already had a restaurant in it.

I believe in fate, destiny and a higher power. If we pursue our dreams the doors will open up.

Im also an author writing a book about my business. Is The Coffee Fresh? Drama Dysfunction and Daily Life at a Downtown Coffeehouse. It’s a humorous journey of the celebrities I feed and what people do, say and steal from my restaurant.

Me a celebrity? Who would’ve thought!

I am living my dream!
